The service includes a personality assessment based on the five-factor personality model, and analytical reports about your personality profile, strengths, and career fit. The service is available in a free (Basic) tier and paid tiers. The specific features of each tier are described on the platform at the time of your use. 3. Eligibility -------------- You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 4. Account Registration ----------------------- To access the service, you provide your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 5. Payments and Subscriptions ----------------------------- Paid tiers are available for purchase via the platform. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice. REFUND POLICY If you are not satisfied with your paid report, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contactingprivacy@yourcareer.pro, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the full paid report content. Once the full report has been accessed, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. 6. Acceptable Use ----------------- You agree not to: - Use the platform for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its content - Provide false information when registering or taking the assessment - Use the service on behalf of another person without their consent - Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform 7. Intellectual Property ------------------------ All content, methodology, reports, and design elements on yourcareer.pro are the property of Eht Consulting OÜ or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your own reports for personal and professional purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute platform content without our prior written consent. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties --------------------------- The personality assessment and career reports are provided for informational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, career, or legal advice. Results reflect tendencies and patterns - not fixed characteristics. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment. The platform is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. 9. Limitation of Liability -------------------------- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eht Consulting OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. 10. Governing Law and Disputes ------------------------------ These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. EU consumers retain their rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. 11. Changes to These Terms -------------------------- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
